The purpose of this renovation was to give the students a place where they can work, play, innovate and learn.

This extensive interior renovation for two rooms includes a mix of spaces in one area to allow students to interact and create a community environment. The other room is an area where students will learn to cook, share great meals with their peers, parents, and staff. The kitchen space has a new industrial hood and exhaust with fire suppression system, a dining area, and 3 private meeting rooms. The exterior renovation includes backyard playground, new garbage enclosure, a parking re-construction area, and exterior accessible concrete ramps. Organic shapes within the forms and finishes of the space depart from the rigidity of the existing building providing a sense of comfort and levity.
